South Loch Rhubarb New Tom Gin, leads with classic juniper and citrus with subtle freshness of Rhubarb for a modern take on Old Tom Gin
We use carefully selected dry and fresh botanicals to make this gin special. Old Tom Gins historically had a touch of sweetness and depth of flavour which the more modern London Dry gins didn’t. We didn’t want to make this gin too sweet so we use Rhubarb to give it the fresh fruity nose and finish.
For a classic G&T we recommend using either fresh rhubarb as garnish or using lemon to add citrus balance to the gin. If you would like to try a more contemporary serve we love this gin with a good ginger ale!
